    Pour nettoyer et st\u00e9riliser un baril de r\u00e9sine pour le sirop d’\u00e9rable en utilisant de la vapeur, voici les \u00e9tapes \u00e0 suivre :<\/p>\n

    1. Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong> : Avant d’utiliser la vapeur, assurez-vous de rincer le baril avec de l’eau chaude pour \u00e9liminer les r\u00e9sidus de sirop et de s\u00e8ve. Une brosse \u00e0 poils doux peut aider \u00e0 enlever les d\u00e9p\u00f4ts tenaces.<\/li>\n

        To clean and sterilize a resin barrel for maple syrup using steam, follow these steps:<\/p>\n

        1. Preparation:<\/strong> Before using steam, rinse the barrel with hot water to remove syrup and sap residues. A soft-bristle brush can help remove stubborn deposits.<\/li>\n
        2. Steam Application:<\/strong> Use a steam generator to produce high-temperature steam. Direct the steam inside the barrel, ensuring all internal surfaces are exposed to it. You can use a hose or steam wand to reach difficult areas.<\/li>\n
        3. Sterilization Duration:<\/strong> Allow the steam to act for at least 15 to 20 minutes. The heat and moisture from the steam will kill microorganisms and sterilize the barrel.<\/li>\n
